Dr Liu Kui Xing

Associate Professor, School of Architecture Tianjin University 

With nearly twenty years of deep cultivation in the field of intelligent operation and maintenance of digital, green, and low-carbon buildings, he mainly engages in the research and development of intelligent management and control technologies for hot and cold heating of equipment and facilities in building and industrial scenarios. Through the cross-industry integration of artificial intelligence and various equipment and facilities, it has, to some extent, promoted the operation and control of public and industrial building equipment and facilities to achieve green, high-quality development. At the same time, he has accumulated a rich research foundation and practical cases in the field of intelligent operation and maintenance.  

In terms of practical public building engineering projects and achievements, he has led and completed multiple projects including the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Fund and the National Key R&D Program, and has completed 200 architectural engineering practice projects. In academic research and achievements, he has published more than thirty papers as first author or corresponding author, including those highly cited  by ESI, and has obtained multiple patents. It has overcome the technical bottleneck of AI model generalization capabilities, achieving over 10,000 hours of “building autonomous driving” over 200,000 square meters. He has won various provincial and ministerial awards multiple times, including the title of high-end scientific talent at Tianjin Tiankai Higher Education Science and Technology Innovation Park, first place in the China International Solar Decathlon Competition, first place among 465 teams in the Hong Kong Building Algorithm Competition, and has been featured multiple times by CCTV and “Kaijiangla.” He has published more than thirty papers as first author or corresponding author, and has won more than ten awards, including the Second Prize of the Huaxia Construction Science and Technology Award and the National Business Science and Technology Progress Award.  

In the practice of intelligent building operation and maintenance, the entire chain has independently developed 15 types of IoT sensors and multi-scenario edge computing strategy cabinets with built-in energy-saving strategies. It has developed 15+ types of IoT sensors including temperature, humidity, flow, pressure, and water ropes, building a complete IoT sensor matrix. In the fields of intelligent hot and cold management control technology and intelligent operation and maintenance algorithms, it has created an intelligent operation and maintenance data platformThe annual actual storage volume reaches 1 billion records, leading the domestic construction database construction sector. It has developed more than 60 intelligent strategy algorithms ranging from no data and small data to big data temperature prediction and policy identification, forming an automatic policy model that dynamically adjusts based on data volume. It has been applied in Rongke Information Center, Huamao Building, Sino-American SmithKline Factory, Several projects such as Siemens BSCE have performed well. Among them, intelligent algorithms have operated continuously and stably for over 30,000 hours of energy-saving in the Rongke Information Center case. In public or industrial building scenarios, the comprehensive energy-saving rate reaches 20%+, reducing 50+ labor costs, driving buildings toward low-carbon, intelligent, and digital transformation through smart energy-saving operation strategies.

在數位化綠色低碳建築智慧運維領域深耕近二十年,主要從事建築場景及工業場景設備設施的冷熱數智化管控技術研發工作。透過人工智慧與各場景設備設施的跨界融合,在一定程度上推動了公共建築及工業建築設備設施運營管控的綠色高品質發展,同時在智慧運維領域積累了豐富的研究基礎及實際案例。 

在公共建築工程項目實踐及成果方面,主持並完成了國家自然科學基金青年基金、國家重點研發計劃等多項課題,完成了200棟建築工程實踐項目。在學術研究及成果方面,以第一作者或通訊作者發表包括 ESI 高被引在內的論文三十餘篇,並獲多項專利。突破了人工智慧模型泛化能力的技術瓶頸,實現了二十萬平方米「樓宇自動駕駛」超過一萬小時。多次獲各類省部級獎項,獲得天津市天開高教科創園高端科技人才稱號、中國國際太陽能十項全能競賽第一名、香港建築演算法大賽465隊第一名,並多次獲央視、《開講啦》等媒體報導。以第一作者或通訊作者發表論文三十多篇,獲華夏建設科學技術獎二等獎、全國商業科技進步獎等十餘項獎項。 

在智慧建築運維的實踐方面,全鏈條自主研發15種物聯網感測器以及內置節能策略的多場景邊緣計算策略櫃,已開發溫濕度、流量、壓力、水繩等15+種物聯網感測器,構建了完整的物聯網感測器矩陣。在數智化冷熱管理控制技術及智慧運維演算法領域,建立了智慧運維資料平台,年實際存儲資料量達10億條,在國內建築資料庫搭建中處於領先水平,研發了從無資料、小資料到大資料的溫度預測、策略辨識等系列共60多個智慧策略演算法,形成了可根據資料量動態調節的自動策略模型,已應用於融科資訊中心、華貿大廈、中美史克廠區、西門子 BSCE 廠區等多個項目,運行效果良好。其中,智慧演算法在融科資訊中心案例中持續穩定節能運行超過3萬小時,在公共建築或工業建築場景實踐中,綜合節能率達20%+,人力成本減少50%+,以智慧節能運行策略驅動建築實現低碳化、智慧化、數位化。
