  1. It is necessary for you to supply us with personal data in connection with the registration for admission to events and activities organized by SecuRex Solution Ltd (hereinafter “SQX”). You may subsequently withdraw any consent given for our collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal data. However, failure to supply your personal data and/or subsequent withdrawal of your consent may result in denial of admission to SQX’s events and activities or being unable to provide such products and services. The purposes for which your personal data may be used are as follows:
    1. registration for admission to events and activities organized by SQX
    2. facilitating the provision of such products and services as may be requested by you;
    3. marketing of events and activities organized by the SQX, SQX’s Newsletter and/or SQX and any other services and products offered by SQX and/or its partners; and these services or products may be provided and/or marketed by:
      1. SQX;
      2. third party service providers; and/or
      3. partners/event sponsors of the SQX;
    4. meeting the requirements to make disclosure under any local or foreign laws, regulations, court orders, investigations by relevant authorities or guidelines which a SQX has to comply with;
    5. enabling an actual or proposed assignee of SQX to evaluate the transaction intended to be the subject of the assignment; and
    6. other purposes relating to, associated with or contemplated by any of the foregoing.
  2. Your personal data held by us will be kept confidential, but we may share your personal data among SQX’s channel partners and event sponsors and with its partners, and provide your personal data to any agent, contractor or third party service provider who provides administrative, telecommunications, computer, payment or other services to the SQX in connection with the operation of the SQX business (whether within or outside your local jurisdiction) for the purposes set out above. Your personal data may be transferred to a place outside your local jurisdiction. Where we do so, subject to applicable privacy law, we will take steps to ensure that the standard of protection accorded to your personal data transferred is comparable to the protection under the applicable privacy law in your local jurisdiction.
  3. If you do receive email or promotional direct mailings, you will always have an opportunity to opt-out. You may also withdraw any consent given, request for access and/or correction of your personal data and/or request for information regarding our policies and practices, by contacting us at rsvp@securex.hk.
