Mr Christopher Lane

Christopher is a senior manager with more than twenty years experience in R&D and operational management. Over the course of his career he has had the opportunity to be at the leading edge of new technology, founding Coastalwatch in 1998 with innovative streaming video, data services and building a private layer 2 data telecommunications network, then 3 Crowns Technologies (formerly CoastalCOMS) in 2008 developing AI, video analytics and database management tools, AWS cloud hosted services with private IP connect and most recently with Constellation Technologies where he has been involved in the development of innovative processes and tools for the management and utilisation of big data arising from the new IoT sector.   These roles have led to the honing of his expertise in big data, smart city applications and hosted data / video services. 

He has considerable experience in engaging and managing relationships with key stakeholders including clients, vendors, senior management, development teams globally and members of the community when managing project scoping, implementation and operations. 

He has a Masters of Computing (AI), a Bachelor of Health Sciences, an Associated Diploma of Electrical Engineering and Electronics and a Trade Certificate in Instrumentation Process and Control – a unique combination that provides him with the tools to provide innovative solutions to many different technical challenges.

在負責專案範圍界定、實施及營運的過程中，他在與客戶、供應商、高階主管、全球開發團隊及社群成員等關鍵利害關係人進行溝通與關係管理方面，累積了豐富的經驗。 
 
他擁有電腦碩士學位（主修人工智慧）、健康科學學士學位、電機與電子工程副學士文憑以及過程儀表與控制專業資格證書——這種獨特的背景組合賦予了他應對各種技術挑戰並提供創新解決方案的能力。
